Bajan seasoning

1 bunch chives
1 small onion
3 garlic cloves
1 small hot pepper
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1/2 tsp fresh marjoram
1/4 tsp gound cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp lime juice
Finely shop all herbs, onion, garlic and pepper in a foodprocessor. Add ground clove, salt and lime juice and blend it all together. If the mixture is very dry, add a little bit of water.
Store in airtight jar in refrigerator.
