Very delicious with spicy dishes.

250 gr white cabage
200 gr carrot
100 gr green beans (or yard beans)
2 medium sized onions
2 tsp tumeric
1 cup white vinegar
2 chili peppers
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tbsp sugar

Finely slice all vegetables. Onion in half rings.  In a sauce pan, put vinegar, sugar and tumeric and bring it to a boil. Add all vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain the vegetables with a sift and reserve the liquid in a bowl. Add vegetables to a jar and poor the liquid in.  Seal the jar and serve the next day. You can keep this for at least a month.

Tip:  you can also use cucumber and bean sprouts
