Curry dressing (non-fat)

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
