Creamy curry dressing

3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 lemon 2 tsp finely chopped parsley 1/2 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp salt Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add pepper and/or crushed chili flakes to taste. Use this dressing for chopped endive (raw) or lettuce.

Curry dressing (non-fat)

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp curry powder 2 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
